First step in sunflower kernels production is calibration. Calibration machines select the best size sunflower seeds right from the outset of the production, letting only big size sunflower seeds to proceed towards cleaning line.
SUNFLOWER KERNELS PRODUCTION LINE

Second step is the fine cleaning. Here, several metal detectors, rock-dust-foreign material removers are installed to ensure the best purity outcome. Only then, best selected and cleaned sunflower seeds proceed to dehullers. Here sunflower seeds turn into sunflower kernels, after gently handled and hulled by the dehullers. From this stage onwards, we can only speak about kernels (sunflower hearths).
Next step is processing the kernels via color sortex, which is the hearth of the sunflower kernels production business. Here, once again, Goldker LTD has the latest and most advanced sortex technology available on the market: Buhler. This advance technology further cleans the kernels from shells, unhulled seeds and other foreign materials, making them uniform in color and finally ensuring 99.95 % purity, a standard requirement in the kernels industry. Now sunflower kernels are ready to be packed.
In the final stage, Goldker LTD has offers a great flexibility to its customers, offering wide range of packing materials and weight. Most widely are used 3-layer paper bags with poly inner-liner, which are usually filled with 22.68KG or 25KG kernels content. BigBags in various weights are also another alternative, which is mainly preferred to pack the sunflower kernels bird food grade.
Another customer oriented service that Goldker LTD offers, is the possibility to stick any label provided by the buyer in any language. This grants flexibility to the buyer, enables to redirect its order directly to the final customer, without making any additional packing expenses.
