Cogito Group LTD offers also Sunflower Bakery Kernels Broken Type, more commonly known as Bakery CHIPS Grade. This product has absolutely the same characteristics as STANDARD BAKERY TYPE, apart from that; these are smaller than half of the whole kernels/hearts. This is cost oriented, cheaper product, which offers the same parameters as the whole bakery type kernels have in terms of nutrition. Bakery CHIPS are also mainly used as an internal ingredients to any different bakery products, in production of many sweet/chocolate products, where they are completely grinded/pressed and mixed with other ingredients.
